In winter the region offers great opportunities for all kind and levels of skiing and snowboarding. The first-class skiing regions Zweisimmen-Gstaad and Lenk-Adelboden satisfy alpine skiers of every age whereas cross-country skiers find perfect conditions on the Sparenmoos next to Zweisimmen.

Summer

During summer the region is an excellent spot for hiking and mountain biking. The mountains around Zweisimmen are full of stunning trails.
